基于混凝土损伤机理下的预制看台防渗漏技术

Anti-leakage technology of prefabricated stands based on concrete damage mechanism

以西安国际足球中心EPC项目为例,结合混凝土损伤机理,从原材料、保护层控制、蒸压养护等多个角度分析看台构件生产关键工艺,同时设计时对弧形看台施工过程中关键节点的防渗漏技术进行了探讨,保证了本工程大面积清水混凝土预制看台的防水性能,为类似工程设计与施工提供了参考。

Taking the EPC project of Xi'an International Football Center as an example,combined with the concrete damage mechanism,the key processes for the production of stand components are analyzed from the perspectives of raw materials,protective layer control,and autoclave maintenance.The anti-leakage technology of the project is discussed,which ensures the waterproof performance of the large-area fair-faced concrete prefabricated stand in this project,and provides a reference for the design and construction of similar projects.
