超高层建筑顶升模架系统支撑结构截面优化设计

摘要 为解决超高层建筑顶升模架系统高耗、高排问题,以西安某超高层建设项目中所使用的顶升模架系统支撑结构为对象,采用尺寸优化法,控制结构应力和位移为约束,以减少顶升模架系统支撑结构钢材用量为目标进行优化,依据优化成果更改杆件分析参数,建立有限元分析模型对其进行静力性能分析,并对比优化前后顶升模架系统支撑结构性能变化以及钢材节省情况。结果表明:优化后顶升模架系统支撑结构在满足约束条件情况下,结构自身重量减轻18.74%的同时,自身刚度增加20.37%,降低了顶升模架系统支撑结构用钢量,提高钢材使用效率,降低损耗,有效控制施工碳排放,从而促进我国实现“双碳”下的智能化绿色施工装备的发展。 In order to solve the problems of high consumption and high displacement of the jacking formwork system in super high-rise buildings,the supporting structure of the jacking formwork system used in a super high-rise construction project in Xi’an was taken as the object.The size optimization method was adopted to control the stress and displacement of the structure as constraints,and the optimization was carried out with the goal of reducing the amount of steel used in the supporting structure of the jacking formwork system.According to the optimization results,the bar analysis parameters were changed,and the finite element analysis model was established to analyze the static performance.The performance changes of the supporting structure of the jacking formwork system and the steel saving before and after the optimization were compared.The results show that under the condition of satisfying the constraint conditions,the weight of the structure itself is reduced by 18.86%,and the stiffness is increased by 20.37%.The steel consumption of the support structure of the jacking formwork system is reduced,the utilization efficiency of steel is improved,the loss is reduced,and the construction carbon emission is effectively controlled,so as to promote the development of intelligent green construction equipment under the condition of“double carbon”in China.
