许多国家都对金融服务养老进行了不同程度、不同范围的管理,表现在有专门的监管与管理机构、监管法律法规或规定,形成了各具特色的监管、管理体制与框架等。金融服务养老监管与管理实现了全覆盖,最大限度地降低了金融服务养老风险,对中国完善金融服务养老监管具有参考价值。实现金融服务养老的可持续发展,还需要借鉴国外金融服务养老管理经验,完善金融服务养老公共管理政策实施机制。

Foreign countries have accumulated some experience in dealing with the problem of aging.Almost all countries have implemented different levels and scopes of management of financial services for pensions.These managements are manifested in the existence of specialized supervision and management agencies,as well as specialized supervision laws and regulations,and the formation of distinctive supervision and management systems and frameworks.The supervision and management of financial services for the elderly has achieved full coverage and made the financial service pension market orderly to minimize the risk of financial service pension.They attach great importance to the management of financial services for the elderly,and have dedicated financial services for the elderly management institutions,which have important reference value for China to improve the supervision of financial services for the elderly.To achieve the sustainable development of financial services for the elderly,we also need to learn from the experience of foreign financial services and elderly management,and improve the implementation mechanism of financial services for the elderly public management policies.
