摘要
绿色建筑是当前建筑业发展的一个主流方向,随着国家可持续发展战略的持续实施以及人们环保意识的不断提升,绿色建筑项目数量也在持续增加.在开展绿色建筑施工前,必须对绿色建筑展开有效的设计,而绿色建筑与常规建筑不同,在设计工作中需要考虑的因素众多,导致绿色建筑设计工作相对较为复杂.基于BIM技术的可模拟性、可视性以及协调性等特点,可为绿色建筑设计的开展提供支持.文章结合实际工程案例,对BIM技术在绿色建筑设计中的实际应用进行探究,为相关绿色建筑工程设计的开展提供依据.
Green building is a mainstream development direction of the current construction industry.With the continuous implementation of the national sustainable development strategy and the continuous improvement of people's awareness of environmental protection,the number of green building projects is also increasing.Before carrying out green building construction,it is necessary to carry out effective design of green buildings,and green buildings are different from conventional buildings,and there are many factors that need to be considered in the design work,which makes the design work of green buildings relatively complicated.Based on the simulability,visibility and coordination of BIM technology,it can provide support for the development of green building design.Combined with actual engineering cases,this article explores the practical application of BIM technology in green building design,and provides a basis for the development of related green building engineering design.
