摘要
文章通过对沧州机车车辆维修分公司车辆车间铁路货车制动梁检修过程制动梁上下悬挂式喷漆线的工艺进行改造,以减小工人的劳动强度,降低安全风险,提高铁路货车制动梁检修效率.此方案将更换制动梁悬挂喷漆线的全部钩具,以适应机器人实现自动上下线.在制动梁上线环节通过延长制动梁检修流水线、增设制动梁缓存线、增设上线机器人及钩具导向装置的设计形式,实现制动梁从检修线完成检修后自动上线悬挂喷漆线.在制动梁下线环节通过增设制动梁闸瓦组装线、下线机器人及钩具导向架来实现喷漆后的制动梁自动线下至闸瓦组装线,进行闸瓦组装.并对设备的结构形式及构造特点进行论述,为后续设计提供参考.
The process of the upper and lower suspension paint line of the brake beam during the inspection and repair of the railway freight car brake beam in the vehicle workshop of the National Energy Group Cangzhou Branch was modified to reduce the labor intensity of the workers,reduce safety risks,and improve the efficiency of the inspection and repair of the railway freight car brake beam.This plan will replace all the hooks of the paint line suspended on the brake beam to adapt to the robot to automatically go on and off the line.In the brake beam online link,by extending the brake beam inspection line,adding the brake beam buffer line,adding the online robot and the hook guide device design form,the brake beam is automatically launched from the inspection line after the maintenance line is completed.In the brake beam off-line link,the brake beam brake shoe assembly line,off-line robot and hook guide frame are added to realize the automatic line of the painted brake beam to the brake assembly line for brake shoe assembly.This article discusses the structure and characteristics of the equipment,and provides references for subsequent design.
