MiR-497、CD3^(+)、CD4^(+)T淋巴细胞在三阴乳腺癌中表达的相关研究

目的:研究三阴乳腺癌(TNBC)中miR-497、CD3^(+)、CD4^(+)T淋巴细胞的表达水平,分析其与患者临床病理特征的关系。方法:选取2020年1月-2021年1月包头市肿瘤医院收治的60例TNBC和60例非TNBC患者,取癌组织及癌旁正常组织,应用RT-PCR方法检测miR-497相应表达量,免疫组织化学SP法检测CD3^(+)、CD4^(+)T淋巴细胞表达情况,并分析miR-497、CD3^(+)、CD4^(+)T淋巴细胞表达在两组中的差异性及三者与TNBC患者临床病理特征的关系。结果:TNBC癌组织中miR-497表达量低于癌旁正常组织;两组的miR-497表达量差异无统计学意义;TNBC癌组织中miR-497表达量与年龄大小、是否绝经、肿瘤大小无明显关系(P>0.05);而与淋巴结转移、TNM分期密切相关(P<0.05)。两组CD3^(+)T淋巴细胞数量差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);TNBC组中CD4^(+)T淋巴细胞数量低于非TNBC组;TNBC组中CD3^(+)、CD4^(+)T淋巴细胞表达与淋巴结转移有关,与其他临床病理因素无关。结论:miR-497在TNBC中低表达,且与淋巴结转移及TNM分期有关系;TNBC中CD3^(+)、CD4^(+)T淋巴细胞表达与淋巴结转移有关。

Objective:To study the expression levels of miR-497,CD3^(+)and CD4^(+)T lymphocytes in triple negative breast cancer(TNBC),and to analyze the relationship between miR-497,CD3^(+)and CD^(+)T lymphocytes and clinicopathological characteristics of patients.Methods:A total of 60 TNBC and 60 non-TNBC patients admitted to Baotou Cancer Hospital from January 2020 to January 2021 were selected,and the corresponding expression levels of miR-497 were detected by RT-PCR in cancer tissues and adjacent normal tissues.Immunohistochemical SP method was used to detect the expression of CD3^(+)and CD4^(+)T lymphocytes,and,and the differences in the expression of miR-497,CD3^(+)and CD4^(+)T lymphocytes between the two groups and their relationship with the clinicopathological characteristics of TNBC patients were analyzed.Results:The expression level of miR-497 in TNBC tissues was lower than that in adjacent normal tissues;the expression levels of miR-497 in TNBC group and non-TNBC group were not statistically significant;the expression of miR-497 in TNBC tissues was not significantly correlated with age,menopause and tumor size(P>0.05),but its was closely related to lymph node metastasis and TNM stage(P<0.05).The number of CD4^(+)T lymphocytes in TNBC group was lower than that in non-TNBC group;the expression of CD3^(+)and CD4^(+)T lymphocytes in TNBC was related to lymph node metastasis,but not related to other clinicopathological factors.Conclusion:The expression of miR-497 in TNBC is low,and it is related to lymph node metastasis and TNM stage.The expression of CD3^(+)and CD4^(+)T lymphocytes in TNBC is related to lymph node metastasis.
