基于CLHLS数据的老年高血压患者自我忽视现状及影响因素研究

The status and influencing factors of self-neglect in elderly hypertensive patients based on CLHLS data

目的:探讨老年高血压患者自我忽视现状及影响因素。方法:基于2018年中国老年健康影响因素跟踪调查(CLHLS)数据,共获得4154例老年高血压患者调查资料,包括老年人人口学、健康状况相关资料,采用多元回归进行影响因素分析。结果:高血压老年人自我忽视得分为(7.99±2.35)分,其中女性高于男性,高龄高于低龄,城镇、农村高于城市,独居、养老机构高于与家人同住者,无配偶者高于有配偶者,生活来源于家人和其他者高于来源于退休金者(P<0.05);多元回归分析显示抑郁、焦虑是自我忽视的危险因素(P<0.05),日常生活能力强、生活满意度高、社会支持多是自我忽视的保护因素(P<0.05)。结论:政府和社区应加强对独居、高龄、农村老年人生理和心理健康的关注。

Objective:To investigate the status and its influential factors of self-neglect in elderly hypertension patients and to provide reference for improving their life quality.Methods:By mining the 2017-2018 Chinese Longitudinal Healthy Longevity Survey(CLHLS)data,the information of older adults’demographic and health related data was collected to describe the current status of self-neglect among the elderly hypertension patients and the influential factors were analyzed by multiple linear regression analysis.Results:The overall level of self-neglect in elderly hypertension patients was(7.99±2.35)scores,in which the score of female was higher than that of male,the score of old age was higher than that of younger age,the score of urban and rural areas was higher than that of urban areas,the score of living alone and pension institutions was higher than that of those living with their families,the score of those without spouse was higher than that of those with spouse,and the score of those living from family and other sources was higher than that from pension(all P<0.05).Multiple regression analysis showed that depression and anxiety were the risk factors self-neglect(P<0.05),and strong daily living ability,high life satisfaction and social support were protective factors for self-neglect(P<0.05).Conclusion:The government and community should pay more attention to the physical and mental health of the elderly living alone,old age and rural areas.
