摘要
物流行业需要对货物进行自动入库仓储及信息记录,以便提高物流效率和信息化管理水平.采用S7-1200PLC和组态王构成自动仓储监控系统,由工业相机和LabVIEW构成的机器视觉单元采集、识别货物外包装的条形码图像信息,经OPC通信将识别出的条码信息发送给PLC,PLC再经以太网通信将条码信息传输至上位机监控软件,实现物流仓储的远程监控和货物信息的存储.本设计的仓储监控系统有助于提升物流仓储行业的自动化程度、方便物流信息的统计查询.
In order to improve logistics efficiency and information management level, it’s necessary to automatically store and record the goods in logistics industry. S7-1200 PLC and KingView were used in this design to form an automatic warehouse monitoring system. The machine vision unit composed of industrial camera and LabVIEW collected and identified the barcode image information of the outer packaging of goods. The barcode information was sent to PLC through OPC communication, and the barcode information was transmitted by the PLC to the upper computer monitoring software through Ethernet communication, to realize the remote monitoring of logistics warehousing and the storage of goods information. The design of the warehouse monitoring system is helpful to improve the degree of automation of logistics warehousing industry and facilitate the statistical query of logistics information.
