红细胞沉降率、血清铁蛋白检测在肺癌诊断、病情评估中的应用价值 被引量:2

摘要 目的探讨红细胞沉降率(ESR)、血清铁蛋白(SF)检测在肺癌诊断、病情评估中的应用价值。方法选取122例肺癌患者和83例健康体检者,分别作为肺癌组和健康组。比较两组研究对象的ESR、SF水平,比较不同临床分期、病理类型肺癌患者的ESR、SF水平。绘制受试者工作特征(ROC)曲线并计算曲线下面积(AUC),分析ESR、SF单独及联合检测对肺癌的诊断价值。结果肺癌组患者的ESR、SF水平均明显高于健康组,差异均有统计学意义(P﹤0.01)。Ⅲ~Ⅳ期肺癌患者的ESR、SF水平均明显高于Ⅰ~Ⅱ期患者,差异均有统计学意义(P﹤0.01);不同病理类型肺癌患者的ESR、SF水平比较,差异均无统计学意义(P﹥0.05)。ROC曲线分析结果显示,ESR、SF联合检测诊断肺癌的灵敏度、特异度、AUC分别为0.856、0.923、0.783,均高于ESR、SF单独检测。结论通过检测ESR、SF水平,可有效评估肺癌患者病情,联合检测ESR、SF对肺癌具有较高的诊断价值。 Objective To explore the application value of erythrocyte sedimentation rate(ESR)and serum ferritin(SF)detection in the diagnosis and disease assessment of lung cancer.Method A total of 122 lung cancer patients and 83 healthy subjects were selected as the lung cancer group and the healthy group,respectively.The ESR and SF levels of the two groups were compared,and the ESR and SF levels of lung cancer patients with different clinical stages and pathological types were also compared.The receiver operating characteristic(ROC)curve was drawn and the area under the curve(AUC)was calculated to analyze the diagnostic value of ESR,SF alone and combined detection for lung cancer.Result The levels of ESR and SF in the lung cancer group were significantly higher than those in the healthy group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.01).The ESR and SF levels of patients with stage Ⅲ-Ⅳ lung cancer were significantly higher than those of patients with stage Ⅰ-Ⅱ,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.01).There were no significant differences in ESR and SF levels among patients with different pathological types of lung cancer(P>0.05).The results of the ROC curve analysis showed that the sensitivity,specificity,and AUC of the combined detection of ESR and SF in the diagnosis of lung cancer were 0.856,0.923,and 0.783,respectively,which were higher than those of the single detection of either ESR or SF.Conclusion The condition of lung cancer patients could be effectively assessed by detecting the levels of ESR and SF.The combined detection of ESR and SF has a high diagnostic value for lung cancer.
