放置时间对橡胶材料与四氧化二氮相容性试验结果的影响 被引量:1

摘要 采用浸泡试验方法,通过测量试样质量变化率、体积变化率、硬度、拉伸强度、断裂伸长率等指标,考察了3种橡胶FM-31、G402-31、M242与四氧化二氮推进剂相容性,并研究了它们从四氧化二氮推进剂中取出后放置时间对材料性能参数的影响规律。结果表明:3种橡胶材料在四氧化二氮中浸泡48h后,都发生了不同程度的溶胀,FM-31和M242在溶胀后随放置时间延长逐渐恢复至平稳,G402-31橡胶由于浸泡后有溶出物导致质量变化率和体积变化率指标为负;3种橡胶硬度和拉伸强度都明显下降;FM-31橡胶断裂伸长率有小幅下降,G402-31、M242断裂伸长率表现为上升;随放置时间的延长,3种橡胶都恢复趋向对照组的指标,放置6h后质量和体积变化趋于稳定,放置16~24h后拉伸性能趋于稳定。 The compatibility of three kinds of rubbers,including FM-31,G402-31 and M242,with dinitrogen tetroxide propellants was investigated by measuring the mass change rate,volume change rate,hardness,tensile strength,elongation at break using the immersion test method.The influence rules of their placement time on the performance parameters of the materials after being removed from the dinitrogen tetroxide propellants were also studied.The results show that all the three kinds of rubber materials swelled with different extent after soaking in dinitrogen tetroxide for 48h,FM-31 and M242 gradually recovered to a stable state after swelling with the extension of placement time,and G402-31 rubber had negative mass change rate and volume change rate indices due to existing the dissolved substances after soaking;the hardness and tensile strength of three kinds of rubbers decreased significantly,FM-31 rubber had a small decrease in elongation at break,and G402-31 and M242 exhibited an increase in elongation at break;with the extension of placement time,all the three kinds of rubbers recovered to the indices of the control group,the mass and volume changes tended to be stable after placing for 6h,and the tensile properties tended to be stable after placing for 16~24h.
