摘要
目的:改进喹啉-2-甲醛的合成工艺。方法:以2-甲基喹啉为起始原料,采用控制变量法,对氧化剂、溶剂、氧化剂的量、反应物浓度、气体氛围进行考察,得到合成喹啉-2-甲醛的最优条件,并通过核磁共振氢谱(1HNMR)、碳谱(^(13)CNMR)对其进行结构表征。结果:以当量的五氧化二碘为氧化剂,二甲亚砜(DMSO)为反应溶剂,2-甲基喹啉在室温下敞口反应24小时,以90%的产率得到喹啉-2-甲醛。结论:该合成工艺无金属参与,反应条件温和,操作简便,适合用于制备喹啉-2-甲醛。
Objective:To improve the synthesis technology of 2-quinolinecarboxaldehyde.Methods:2-methylq uinoline was chosen as substrate.Control variable method was used to investigate a series of oxidants,solvents,the amount of oxidants,reactants concentration and gas atmosphere.The optimal conditions for the synthesis of 2-quinolinecarboxaldehyde were obtained,and its structure was characterized by hydrogen magnetic resonance(1HNMR)and carbon spectrum(^(13)CNMR).Results:Under the optimized of equivalent iodine pentoxide as oxidant,dimethyl sulfoxide(DMSO)as solvent,the reaction was conducted smoothly in air at room temperature for 24 h.2-quinolinecarboxaldehyde was obtained with the yield of 90%.Conclusion:The synthesis process was suitable for the preparation of 2-quinolinecarboxaldehyde with the benefits of no metal,mild reaction conditions and simple operation.
