安徽自贸试验区对长三角区域经济的溢出效应

Spillover Effect of Anhui Pilot Free Trade Zone on Regional Economy of the Yangtze River Delta

目的:以安徽自贸试验区的设立为基础探索其对长三角区域经济增长的溢出效应。方法:运用双重差分模型和反事实分析法,采用省级数据检验安徽自贸试验区的设立对长三角区域经济的影响效应。结果:安徽自贸试验区的设立对本地经济增长具有促进作用,且这种“制度红利”具有显著的长期性,而对江浙沪经济绩效产生不同程度的正向影响,对江苏的溢出效应大于浙江和上海。结论:借助自贸试验区制度创新红利发展本地经济,利用其辐射能力带动周边地区经济增长。

Objective:To explore the spillover effect on the regional economic growth of the Yangtze River Delta based on the establishment of Anhui Pilot Free Trade Zone(APFTZ).Methods:Using difference-in-differences model and counterfactual analysis,this paper examines the impact of the establishment of APFTZ on the regional economy of the Yangtze River Delta with provincial data.Results:The establishment of the APFTZ has a positive effect on local economic growth,and this"institutional dividend"has a significant long-term characteristic,and has a positive impact on the economic performance of Jiangsu,Zhejiang and Shanghai to varying degrees.The spillover effect to Jiangsu is greater than that of Zhejiang and Shanghai.Conclusion:The local economy is developed with the help of the institutional innovation dividend of the pilot free trade zone,and its radiation ability is used to drive the economic growth of the surrounding areas.
