摘要
文章通过系统梳理来自我国的大量相关研究文献,从国内托育机构教育质量评价体系有关概念的界定、托育相关政策、托育机构教育质量、托育机构评估工具四个方面分别进行了梳理和总结。总结我国已有文献研究成果发现:目前我国学界对于“托幼机构教育质量”和“托幼机构教育质量评价”两个概念的理解,已经达成了以提高满足我国幼儿成长发展主要需求的教育程度水平为主要评价依据的基本评价标准;目前我国已出台了一系列国家层面的托育服务政策,但地方性托育服务政策还有待健全;我国权威的托育机构教育质量评价体系尚未建立。
By systematically sorting out a large amount of literature on relevant research in China, this paper sorts out and summarizes from four aspects: the definition of the relevant concepts of the evaluation system for the education quality of domestic childcare institutions, the related policies of childcare, the education quality of childcare institutions, and the tools to evaluate childcare institutions. After summarizing the existing literature and research results in China, it is found that: at present, the understanding of the two concepts of“education quality of childcare institutions”and“evaluation of education quality of childcare institutions”by the Chinese academic circles have reached the basic evaluation standard with improving the level of education meeting the main needs of Chinese children’s growth and development as the main basis of evaluation;At present, China has issued a series of national-level policies for childcare service, but the local policies for childcare service still need to be improved;An authoritative evaluation for the education quality of childcare institutions has not yet been established in China.
