摘要
应用型本科院校青年教师队伍的建设质量,影响高校的转型发展。文章以江苏省应用型本科院校为例,从学校和教师层面分析新时代应用型本科院校青年教师队伍的建设现状及其问题成因,进而从体制机制创新、教师个人发展与规划以及线上线下平台搭建等方面提出促进应用型本科院校青年教师队伍高质量发展的对策。
The quality of the construction of young teachers in application-oriented colleges and universities affects the transformation and development of colleges and universities. Taking application-oriented undergraduate colleges and universities in Jiangsu Province as an example, this paper analyzes the present situation and practical problems of the team construction of young teachers in application-oriented undergraduate colleges and universities in the new era from the level of colleges and universities and teachers, and then puts forward countermeasures for the high-quality development of young teachers in application-oriented undergraduate colleges and universities from the aspects of the innovation of system and mechanism, the personal development and planning of teachers, and the establishment of online and offline platforms.
