摘要 劳动是人类的本质活动。增强劳动教育在培养德智体美劳全面发展人才过程中的育人实效,是新时代高校落实立德树人根本任务的迫切要求。课题组近期对湖北同类高职院校劳动教育的开展情况进行了调查研究,从对劳动教育认识、劳动教育课程设置以及劳动教育导师制实施的必要性等不同维度进行了探析,试图构建出导师制在劳动教育开展过程中的建设路径,由此凸显出劳动教育在思想政治教育中的育人实效。 Labor is the essential activity of human beings. Enhancing the effectiveness of labor education in cultivating talents having all-round moral, intellectual, physical, and aesthetical grounding with a hard-working spirit is the fundamental requirement for colleges and universities to foster virtue through education in the new era. The research team has recently conducted a survey, research and analysis on the implementation of labor education in similar higher vocational colleges in Hubei Province, from different dimensions such as the understanding of labor education, the setting of labor education curriculum and the necessity of the tutoring system for labor education,trying to build a mechanism for the rational application and construction of the tutorial system in labor education,thus highlighting the effectiveness of labor education in ideological and political education.
