摘要
2017年教育部发布的《中小学综合实践活动课程指导纲要》将“职业体验”列为综合实践活动形式之一。该文通过开展医护类中小学体验中心建设,将医护知识、技能教育与职业体验活动相结合,有效提高了中小学生的核心素养。该文分析了中小学职业体验在国内外的开展情况,介绍了医护类职业体验中心在体验项目设计、师资建设、体验课程开发、体验环境布置和后勤保障五个方面的实践经验,并对建设及运行状况进行了思考与展望,为其他专业类职业体验中心建设提供了一个参考案例,以期带动更多职业学校走上普职融通的教育之路。
In 2017, the Ministry of Education issued the Guidelines for Comprehensive Practice Activities in Primary and Secondary Schools, which listed“occupational experience”as one of the forms of comprehensive practice activities. In this study, through the construction of medical and nursing experience centers in primary and secondary schools, the combination of medical and nursing knowledge, skills education and vocational experience activities has effectively improved the key competencies of primary and secondary school students. This study analyzes the development of occupational experience in primary and secondary schools at home and abroad, introduces the practical experience of medical and nursing vocational experience centers in such five aspects as experience project design, teaching staff construction, experience course development, experience environment layout,and logistics support, ponders over the current situation and looks forward to the future of the construction and operation of the centers, in order to provide a reference case for the construction of other professional occupational experience centers, and drive more vocational schools to embark on the road of integration of general education and vocational education.
