Optimization of Partial Skip Mining Crossing Fault Scheme in Fully Mechanized Working Face

摘要 针对赛蒙特尔煤矿4401综采工作面断层问题,对比分析了过断层常见方案适用性及优缺点。提出通过施工探巷对综采工作面断层范围进行探查,最终确定综采工作面局部跳采过断层方案。介绍了跳采过断层施工工艺、技术难点及创新点。通过局部跳采工艺后,该工作面多采煤28.5万t,经济效益明显,实现工作面安全高效回采。 In view of the fault problem of 4401 fully mechanized working face in Cementer coal mine,the applicability, advantages and disadvantages of common fault crossing schemes were compared and analyzed. It is proposed to explore the fault range of fully mechanized mining face through construction roadway, and finally determine the scheme of local skip mining crossing fault in fully mechanized mining face. The construction technology, technical difficulties and project innovation points of skipping over fault are introduced. Through the local skip mining process, 285 000 tons of coal are mined in the working face, the economic benefit is obvious, and the safe and efficient mining of the working face is realized.
