巷道断面风速分布特征井下试验研究 被引量:2

摘要 为研究井下巷道断面风速分布规律,根据流体力学圆管湍流理论对井下巷道平行中心线上的风速分布规律进行了理论分析,并对该风速分布是否适用对数分布规律进行了假设,通过古城矿井下线风速的测量试验对该假设进行了验证,并进一步进行了巷道全断面布点风速测量试验与研究。研究结果表明:井下平行巷道中心线上的风速呈对数分布规律,并受壁面粗糙度影响,壁面粗糙度越大,风速分布越偏离对数分布规律,反之,对数分布规律性增强。矩形、半圆拱形、梯形巷道断面均存在闭合风速等值线,其形状与巷道断面轮廓线近似平行,巷道风速三维分布整体空间形状像对数抛物体,其“底座”与巷道形状相关。 In order to study the cross-section wind speed distribution law of underground roadway, a theoretical analysis was carried out on the cross-section wind speed distribution law of underground roadway according to the theory of fluid mechanics tube turbulence. And it is hypothesized whether the wind speed distribution is applicable to the logarithmic distribution law, and the hypothesis is verified through the measurement test of the offline wind speed in Gucheng mine. And further carried out the test and research on the wind speed measurement of the whole section of the roadway. The results show that: the wind speed on the center line of the parallel roadway in the underground is logarithmically distributed. The logarithmic distribution law is affected by the wall surface roughness. The greater the wall surface roughness, the more the wind speed distribution deviates from the logarithmic distribution law. On the contrary, the logarithmic distribution law is enhanced. Rectangular, semicircular arch, and trapezoidal roadway sections all have closed wind speed contours, and their shape is approximately parallel to the contour line of the roadway section. The overall spatial shape of the three-dimensional distribution of the wind speed in the roadway is like a logarithmic paraboloid, and its "base" is related to the shape of the roadway.
