摘要 煤矿现主要开采设备是综采设备,综采设备长期处于煤矿井下潮湿、粉尘的恶劣环境中,在实际使用过程中由于环境恶劣进场会出现停机检修故障的情况,为了减少停机检修对生产造成的影响,设计了以综采设备的电流为检测信号源,PLC是整个监测装置主要控制及核心数据中心,利用混合C/S,B/S模式架构的上位机对煤矿工作面的综采设备进行是实时状态的监控,保证了综采设备的高效工作,降低了工作人员劳动强度,提高了开采效率。 Mine is now the main production equipment is fully mechanized equipment, fully mechanized equipment has long been at the coal mine dust damp, bad environment, because of the bad environment in the process of actual use in the failure will be stop and the effects on the production in order to reduce the stop and design a set of fully mechanized equipment for detecting current source,PLC is the main control and core data center of the whole detection device, and the upper computer with mixedC/S and B/S mode structure is used to monitor the real-time status of fully mechanized mining equipment in the coal mine working face, which ensures the efficient work of fully mechanized mining equipment, reduces the labor intensity of the staff and improves the mining efficiency.
