煤矿微震监测定位系统的设计与研究

摘要 针对目前智慧矿山等使用场合设计了一种微震监测定位系统,该系统以STM32F103作为主控芯片,实现对各模块的控制和对数据的运算与分析,其中对TDOA定位算法进行改进,硬件上加入移动模块对误差进行消除,数据处理中引入DBSCAN算法消除离群点。试验结果表明,整个系统实现了微震监测与定位功能的协同一体,监测信号复现完好以及平面上微震源定位准确度较高,能够起到定位预警和减少微震带来灾害的作用,同时降低了系统成本,达成了预期目标。 A microseismic monitoring and positioning system is designed for the current smart mine and other applications. The system takes STM32F103 as the main control chip to realize the control of each module and the operation and analysis of data. The TDOA positioning algorithm is improved, the mobile module is added to the hardware to eliminate the error, and the DBSCAN algorithm is introduced to eliminate outliers in data processing. The test results show that the whole system realizes the coordinated integration of microseismic monitoring and positioning functions, the good reproduction of monitoring signals and the high positioning accuracy of microseismic sources on the plane, which can play the role of positioning early warning and reducing disasters caused by microseisms, reduce the system cost and achieve the expected goal.
