不同尺寸片烟在各级打叶风分单元中的分布和品质变化规律 被引量:2

摘要 为了探索不同尺寸片烟在各级打叶风分单元中的分布和品质变化规律,以2021年四川C2F初烤原烟为研究对象,对各级打叶风分单元的片烟流量和片烟结构差异以及不同尺寸片烟的化学成分和感官品质差异进行了系统分析,并借助烤烟化学成分可用性指数CCUI对不同尺寸片烟进行评价。结果表明:①随打叶单元级数的增加,片烟流量和尺寸逐级降低,碎片和小片更容易在各级打叶单元的第一级风分口处分离;②碎片的化学成分可用性明显小于大、中和小片,随着打叶级数的增加碎片的化学成分可用性逐级提高,而大、中片无显著变化;③不同尺寸片烟的感官品质随打叶级数的增加呈现先增后减的趋势,大片和中片的感官品质最优点出现在二级打叶单元,小片和碎片则分别出现在三级和四级打叶单元。该研究结果可为打叶复烤生产过程中片烟的精细化分类和差异化调配等工业应用提供支持。 To investigate the distribution and quality change of different size tobacco strips separated by different threshing and pneumatic separating units, leaves of C2F grade of flue-cured tobacco grown in Sichuan in 2021 were taken as the research sample to systematically analyze the differences in strip flow and structure among different threshing and pneumatic separating units. The differences in chemical composition and sensory quality among different size strips were also analyzed.Meanwhile, the usability of tobacco strips of different sizes was evaluated with Chemical Component Usability Index(CCUI). The results showed that: 1)With the increase of threshing unit stages, the flow and size of tobacco strips decreased gradually, and tobacco scraps and small-sized strips were relatively easier to be separated by the first-stage pneumatic separators in all the threshing units.2) The chemical component usability of tobacco scraps was significantly lower than that of large-,medium-and small-sized strips, and the usability raised gradually with the increase of threshing unit stage. However, there was no significant change in large-and medium-sized strips. 3) The sensory quality of tobacco strips of different sizes raised first and then reduced with the increase of threshing unit stage. The best sensory quality of large-and medium-sized strips appeared in the second-stage threshing unit, while that of small-sized strips and tobacco scraps appeared in the third-stage and forth-stage threshing units respectively. The above results provide a technical guidance for the industrial application of fine classification and differential blending of tobacco strips in threshing and redrying process.
