摘要
当前文化项目应满足人们不断提升的审美层次与文化需要,但大运河遗址遗迹中富含的“历史审美”价值却被严重忽略了。华北隋唐大运河沿河古镇坐拥丰富的文化资源,在文化项目建设中亟待以“美学构建”来改变“政策发动”“一哄而上”的建设模式。新一轮新冠肺炎疫情抑制了大规模集中性排浪性的旅游消费,运河沿岸古镇“周边游”成为新兴安全而健康的出行方式,有可能促进乡村传统社会的“日常审美”。文化建设项目应改变“文化搭台经济唱戏”的思维方式以及与之相应的政府投资体制机制,恢复其“审美价值”。“大名府”与“彰德府”作为运河沿岸的历史名城具有迥异的流域自然禀赋与历史文化的初始禀赋,在“河长制”与当代治理模式下,应为跨省构建运河古城文化带提供地方性案例和“美美与共”的样板。
At present, Culture program should meet people’s increasing aesthetic level and cultural needs, while the rich "historical aesthetic" value in the ruins of the Grand Canal is often seriously ignored. The ancient towns along the Sui and Tang Dynasties Grand Canal in North China are rich in cultural resources. In the construction of culture program, it is urgent to use "aesthetic construction" to change the construction mode of "policy launch" and " precipitation action ". The new round of novel coronavirus pneumonia has restrained the large-scale concentrated wave consumption of tourism, and the "peripheral tourism" of the ancient towns along the canal has become a new safe and healthy way of travel, which may promote the "everyday aesthetics" of the traditional rural society. Cultural construction programs should change the thinking mode of "culture’s building stage but economy’s singing" and the corresponding government investment system and mechanism, and restore their "aesthetic value". "Daming Mansion" and "Zhangde Mansion", as famous historical cities along the canal, have different natural and initial endowments of history and culture. Under the "river head system" and contemporary governance mode, they should provide local cases and a model of "beauty and harmony" for the construction of the canal ancient city cultural belt in the interprovinces.
