摘要
安钢第二炼轧厂目前拥有三套转炉干法除尘系统,是目前国内较为先进的集蒸汽余热回收、转炉煤气回收、转炉粗灰回炉、转炉细灰收集和颗粒物超低排放全过程控制的冶金环保系统。为了提高转炉干法除尘系统的煤气回收能力,除了设定CO含量最低回收条件和最大风机转速外,还介绍了如何判断和处理若干常见的回收故障问题。
The Second Steel Making and Rolling Plant of Angang Group currently has three sets of converter dry dust removal systems.It is also more advanced in China at present,it is a metallurgical environmental protection system integrating the whole process control of steam waste heat recovery,converter gas recovery,converter coarse ash return furnace,converter fine ash collection and ultra-low emission of particulate matter.In order to improve the gas recovery capacity of the converter dry dust removal system,in addition to setting the minimum CO content recovery conditions and the maximum fan speed,this paper also describes how to judge and deal with several common recovery fault problems.
