IF高强钢HC180Y的研制开发

摘要 通过分析各主要元素的作用,合理设计成分体系,结合安钢的设备及工况条件,制定了冶炼、连铸、热连轧、冷连轧及连续退火等各工序的生产工艺参数,成功研制了IF高强钢HC180Y。现场采用230 mm连铸板坯,经1780 mm热连轧生产出2.5~6.0 mm厚度的热轧带钢,再经冷连轧和连续退火生产出0.5~1.8 mm的HC180Y的冷轧带钢。由于研制该产品工序多、流程长,所以仅针对关键控制工序进行了分析,如精炼LF炉严格控制吹氩强度、热轧采用高温终轧高温卷取、冷轧采用大压缩比和高温退火,最终研制出高塑性的HC180Y高强钢,其晶粒均匀,力学性能稳定,冲压成型好,完全满足汽车用钢的要求。 By analyzing the role of the main elements,and designing the composition system reasonably,combined with the equipment and working conditions of Anyang Steel,the production process parameters of smelting,continuous casting,hot continuous rolling,cold continuous rolling and continuous annealing were formulated,and IF high strength steel HC180Y was successfully developed.The hot-rolled steels with 2.5~6.0 mm thickness were produced by on-site casting with 230 mm serial slabs and hot-rolled steels with 0.5~1.8 mm HC180Y were produced by 1780 mm hot-rolling rolling and continuous annealing.Due to the development of this product with multiple procedures and long process,so only for the key control process is analyzed,such as refining LF furnace strictly control blowing argon strength,hot rolling with high temperature final rolling,cold rolling with large compression ratio and high temperature annealing,finally a high plastic HC180Y high strength steel with uniform grain,stable mechanical properties,good stamping forming is developed,which fully meet the requirements of automotive steel.
