摘要
介绍了PDCA循环和SDCA循环的含义,然后根据每一阶段的特点,重点论述了PDCA+SDCA双循环模式在安钢工艺研究中的具体应用。以工业氧化钼直接合金化为例,通过策划、实施、检查和处置,达到了工艺优化的目的;处置完成后进入标准化、实施、检查和总结的循环模式,以维持现有的工艺流程。通过PDCA+SDCA模式的联合应用,降低了生产成本,生产工艺在不断循环运行中得到持续优化。
The meanings of PDCA cycle and SDCA cycle are introduced,and then according to the characteristics of each stage,the specific application of PDCA+SDCA double cycle mode on process research in Angang is discussed.Taking direct alloying of industrial molybdenum oxide as an example,the process optimization was achieved through planning,implementation,inspection and disposal.After disposal is completed,a cycle of standardization,implementation,inspection and summary is carried out to maintain the existing process flow.Through the combined application of PDCA+SDCA mode,the production cost is reduced and the production process is continuously optimized in the continuous cycle operation.
