摘要
对1株分离自海洋底泥的真菌DL-16的次生代谢产物开展研究,综合菌落形态和转录间隔区(internal transcribed spacer,ITS)全序列分析,菌株DL-16被鉴定为Paraconiothyrium sporulosum。综合运用多种色谱方法,从该真菌的发酵产物中分离得到7种化合物。运用光谱法并比对文献,分别鉴定为(3R,4R)-4-hydroxymellein(1)、(3R,4S)-4-hydroxymellein(2)、(3R)-5-hydroxymellein(3)、(4R)-4,8-dihydroxytetralone(4)、(4R)-4,5-dihydroxytetralone(5)、(4R)-5-hydroxy-4-methoxy-α-tetralone(6)和questin(7)。化合物4—7首次从P.sporulosum中发现。化合物1—7对7株测试菌均没有显示出抗菌活性。
Secondary metabolites produced by the marine mud-associated fungus DL-16were investigated.The strain DL-16was identified as Paraconiothyrium sporulosum by analyzing its morphological characteristics and internal transcribed spacer(ITS)sequence.Seven compounds,namely(3R,4R)-4-hydroxymellein(1),(3R,4S)-4-hydroxymellein(2),(3R)-5-hydroxymellein(3),(4R)-4,8-dihydroxytetralone(4),(4R)-4,5-dihydroxytetralone(5),(4R)-5-hydroxy-4-methoxy-α-tetralone(6)and questin(7)were isolated from the cultures of the marine mud-associated fungus P.sporulosum.All the compounds were elucidated from their spectrometric data and by comparison with data in the literature.Compounds 4-7 were firstly reported fromP.sporulosum.Compounds 1-7 were evaluated for their antibacterial activities,however,none of them were active against these tested strains.
