格林模式护理对扩张型心肌病患者健康行为及运动耐力的影响

Effect of nursing based on PRECEDE-PROCEED model on health behaviors and exercise tolerance of patients with dilated cardiomyopathy

目的考察格林模式护理应用于扩张型心肌病患者的效果。方法选取2019年1月至2021年6月东莞市厚街医院收治的88例扩张型心肌病患者为研究对象,根据其就诊序号采用随机数字表法分成观察组、对照组,各44例。对照组扩张型心肌病患者予以常规护理,观察组扩张型心肌病患者在对照组护理方式的基础上予以格林模式护理。统计并比较2组患者在干预前后的健康行为、运动耐力、生活质量及护理满意度。结果2组在干预3个月后的健康行为各维度评分均较干预前升高,且观察组均较对照组高,差异均有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。2组在干预1个月和3个月后的6分钟步行距离及生活质量评分均较干预前改善,干预3个月后的6分钟步行距离和生活质量评分均较干预1个月后改善,且观察组均较同期对照组更优,差异均有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。观察组的反应性、移情性等护理满意度评分均较对照组更高(P均<0.05)。结论格林模式护理可培养扩张型心肌病患者良好的院外健康行为,对于提升其运动耐力、生活质量及护理满意度均有积极意义。

Objective To explore the effect of nursing based on the PRECEDE-PROCEED model on the patients with dilated cardiomyopathy.Methods A total of 88 dilated cardiomyopathy patients who were admitted to Houjie Hospital of Dongguan from January 2019 to June 2021 were selected as the research objects.A random number table was used to assign patients into observation and control groups according to the medical visit number,with 44 patients in each group.The control group was given routine nursing,and the observation group was given nursing based on the PRECEDE-PROCEED model in addition to the nursing method of the control group.The health behaviors,exercise tolerance,quality of life,and nursing satisfaction of the two groups before and after the intervention were statistically analyzed and compared.Results After 3 months of intervention,the scores of all dimensions of health behaviors in the two groups were increased compared with those before the intervention,and the observation group was higher than the control group.The differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The 6-min walk distance and quality of life scores in the two groups after 1 and 3 months of intervention were improved compared with those before the intervention,and the 6-min walk distance and quality of life scores after 3 months of intervention were improved compared with those after 1 month of intervention.The observation group was better than the control group.The differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction scores such as reactivity and empathy in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(all P<0.05).Conclusion Nursing based on the PRECEDE-PROCEED model can promote the positive out-of-hospital health behaviors in patients with dilated cardiomyopathy,which has positive significance on improving the exercise tolerance,quality of life,and nursing satisfaction.
