摘要
为减少结构在装配和焊接过程中产生的残余应力对船体焊接构件的性能和结构变形产生的负面影响,对造成装配、焊接残余应力的因素进行分析,并根据船体各部位不同阶段的焊接特点,提出相应的控制措施,尽可能降低残余应力的影响。研究成果可为船体结构应力监测点的选择提供一定参考。
In order to reduce the negative impact of the residual stress generated in the process of assembly and welding on the performance of the hull welded components and the deformation of the hull structure,the factors causing the residual stress of assembly and welding are analyzed,and the corresponding control measures are put forward according to the welding characteristics of various parts of the hull at different stages,so as to reduce the impact of the residual stress as much as possible.The research results can provide some references for the selection of stress monitoring points of hull structures.
