船舶轴系和舵系安装过程受力分析与安全控制

摘要 为确保船舶轴系和舵系的安装过程安全可控,避免安装过程中可能发生的人员伤害事故和设备损失事故,分析船舶轴系和舵系在安装过程中的受力情况。结合船舶维修及现场施工环境,充分识别船舶轴系和舵系各个安装环节存在的危险源。根据危险源辨识结果,通过优化施工工艺、重视关键受力环节的分析与管控、强化施工组织与管理等措施,提升船舶轴系和舵系现场施工的安全性。研究成果可为船舶轴系和舵系安装过程的安全管控提供一定参考。 In order to ensure that the installation process of ship shafting and rudder system is safe and controllable,and to avoid possible personal injury accidents and equipment loss accidents during installation,the stress condition of ship shafting and rudder system during installation is analyzed.Combined with the ship maintenance and construction environment,the hazards existing in each installation link of the ship shafting and rudder system are fully identified.According to the results of hazard identification,the safety of on-site construction of ship shafting and rudder system can be improved by optimizing the construction process,paying attention to the analysis and control of key stress links,and strengthening the construction organization and management.The research results can provide some references for the safety control of the installation process of ship shafting and rudder system.
