摘要
金属环境对超高频射频信号存在干扰,严重影响超高频射频识别技术在诸多领域的应用。结合偶极子天线及微带天线的结构,设计了一种以聚酰亚胺为基底,中心频率为915 MHz的新型抗金属柔性天线。仿真分析了天线主臂垂直宽度、短截线宽度、天线长度等关键参数对天线性能的影响,最终设计尺寸为78 mm×31.5 mm,厚度不超过0.1 mm。天线实物性能测试结果与仿真分析基本一致,信息传输实验显示该天线在直径125 mm金属管内稳定传输数据的距离为110 mm,且与在金属管内所处位置无关。这个优点使该天线具备在武器装备中应用的前景。
The metal environment can interfere with UHF RF signals, which seriously affects the applications of the UHF RFID technology in many fields. A new type of flexible anti-metal antenna was designed based on dipole and microstrip antennas. This antenna worked at 915 MHz with polyimide as substrate. The influence of some key parameters on the performance of the antenna was simulated and analyzed, including the main arm’s vertical width, the short line width and the antenna’s length. Based on the simulation, the final design size is 78 mm×31.5 mm with thickness less than 0.1 mm. Finally, the information transmission experiment shows that the antenna can stably transmit data within 110 mm when it is placed in the metal tube with a diameter of 125 mm. The experiment also illustrates that the antenna’s position in the tube don’t change its transmission performance. This finding has potential applications on weapon equipment.
