摘要
北江航道扩能升级工程-白石窑枢纽船闸工程船闸闸室输水廊道标准段与异形段腔体结构空间断面尺寸较大。通过对传统模板支撑体系的改进,采用移动式模架作为廊道施工支撑体系,在传统模板施工基础上增加模板、支架、行走和控制等系统,通过优化顶模与侧模设计,增设立柱和顶板调节块及支撑脚等措施,有效提高模板周转效率、缩短工期、降低成本,并形成了相应的施工新技术。
The standard section and the special-shaped section of the cavity structure space of the standard section and the special-shaped section of the ship lock chamber of the Baishiyao hub ship lock project of the Beijiang waterway expansion and upgrading project are large in size.Through the improvement of the traditional formwork support system,the mobile formwork is used as the corridor construction support system,and the formwork,bracket,walking and control systems are added on the basis of the traditional formwork construction.The measures such as roof adjustment block and support feet can effectively improve the turnover efficiency of the formwork,shorten the construction period,reduce the cost,and form a corresponding new construction technology.
