This article summarizes the national and Guangdong Province design charging standards of hydraulic engineering.It focuses on the interpretation of the latest design charging standards in Guangdong Province,and analyzes the differences with the 2002 version of the national design charging standards in terms of the design charging amount,calculation method for design changing base price and adjustment coefficients.The instance calculation materializes the changes of the two charging standards.Through in-depth analysis of the development status of the water conservancy industry,the main problems of the latest design charging standards of Hydraulic Engineering in Guangdong are pointed out and relevant suggestions are put forward.
