以过氧化苯甲酰为引发剂,丙烯酸(AA)、甲基丙烯酸羟乙酯(HEMA)为功能单体,丙烯酸丁酯、丙烯酸异辛酯为软单体,醋酸乙烯为硬单体,采用溶液聚合法制备了一种可移除耐高温丙烯酸酯压敏胶。着重探讨了功能单体用量、软硬单体比例、交联剂种类及用量对压敏胶性能的影响。研究结果表明:功能单体HEMA和AA用量都在2.0%时,压敏胶的耐温性优异,同时剥离力、初粘力符合要求;当软硬单体质量比为90∶10时,压敏胶的剥离力、初粘力、耐温性均符合要求,效果较佳;引入交联剂可显著提高压敏胶的内聚能,赋予压敏胶可移性,当选用异氰酸酯交联剂L-75为1.5%时,压敏胶特性相对最佳。
A kind of removable high-temperature resistant acrylate pressure sensitive adhesive was prepared by solution polymerization with benzoyl peroxide as initiator,acrylic acid(AA)and hydroxyethyl methacrylate(HEMA)as functional monomers,butyl acrylate and isooctyl acrylate as soft monomers,and vinyl acetate as hard monomer. The effects of functional monomer amount,the proportion of soft and hard monomers,the type and amount of crosslinking agent on the properties of pressure sensitive adhesive were emphatically discussed. The research results showed that when the amount of functional monomers HEMA and AA was both 2.0%,the temperature resistance of pressure sensitive adhesive was excellent,and the peel force and initial tack met the requirements. When the mass ratio of soft to hard monomer was 90∶10,the peel force,initial tack and temperature resistance of pressure sensitive adhesive met the requirements,and the effect was relatively good. The introduction of crosslinking agent could significantly improve the cohesive energy of pressure sensitive adhesive and give it removability. When isocyanate crosslinking agent L-75 was 1.5%,the characteristics of pressure sensitive adhesive were relatively the best.
