碳达峰背景下区域碳排放强度影响因素及空间溢出性研究--以重庆市为例

Research on the Influencing Factors and Spatial Spillover of Carbon Emission Intensity Under the Background of Carbon Peak--Based on the Empirical Analysis of Chongqing

运用2009-20.19年重庆市区县面板数据,通过空间计量经济学分析方法,着重探讨了重庆市整体及“一区两群”碳排放强度影响因素及空间溢出性问题。结果表明:重庆市碳排放在大部分区县表现出空间相关性,少部分区县表现出空间异质性。进一步研究发现城镇化水平、能源结构、对外开放水平、城镇居民生活水平、产业结构、财政情况及技术创新水平分别在不同程度、不同区域上呈现空间溢出效应,是重庆市区域碳排放强度的重要影响因素。基于以上研究结果,提出了碳减排规划与调控的政策建议。

Using the panel data of Chongqing's district and county from 2009 to 2019,and through spatial econometric analysis methods,this paper focuses on the influencing factors and spatial spillover of carbon emission intensity in Chongqing and One Urban Area and Two Town Groups.Results show that,the carbon emissions of Chongqing show spatial correlation in most districts and counties,while a few areas show spatial heterogeneity.Furthermore,the urbanization level,energy structure,level of opening,living standard of urban residents,industrial structure,financial situation and technological innovation level show spatial spillover effects in different degrees and regions,respectively,which are important influencing factors of Chongqing's carbon emission intensity.Based on these,it puts forward some suggestion that achieving the goal of carbon peak and promoting the sustainable development of Chongqing's economy and ecology.
