基于有机硅材料探究扭矩衰减影响因素

摘要 研究对象为一款市售电动车的换代电控模块。针对防水用有机硅垫圈应用于螺纹紧固连接而造成静态扭矩衰减的问题展开研究。在探究过程中运用过程能力指数评判螺纹静态扭矩的可靠性,使用影像测量的方式研究有机硅垫圈的形变。最终得出结论:造成扭矩衰减的主要原因是应力松弛。实验中虽然没有出现扭矩失效现象,但是有机硅垫圈造成了静态扭矩样本值的离散性变大,导致螺纹紧固连接的可靠性下降。 The research object in this paper is the replacement for the electronic control module of an electric vehicle sold in the market.It studies the attenuation of static torque caused by the application of waterproof silicone gasket in thread fastening connection.The Cindex is used to evaluate the reliability of thread static torque,and the deformation of silicone gasket is studied by image measurement.It is concluded that the main reason for torque attenuation is stress relaxation.Although there is no torque failure in the experiment,the silicone gasket increases the dispersion of static torque sample values,resulting in the decline of the reliability of thread fastening connection.
