摘要
基于单片机和氧传感器对户内型GIS变电站工作区域进行氧气体积分数的监测报警装置的设计。通过检测氧气体积分数及时进行通风,可以降低施工人员和运检人员因氧气不足而导致窒息或者死亡事件发生的风险。适用于户内型GIS变电站存在SF泄露风险的区域。本设计主要由单片机、显示模块、氧传感器、控制风机的继电器和报警装置组成。本装置安装在户内,显示模块在门外,配合通风风机使用,可以做到提前预警,具有易操作、低成本等特点。
This paper designs an oxygen volume fraction alarm device for working area of indoor GIS substation by using single chip microcomputer and the oxygen sensor. By testing oxygen volume fraction and timely ventilation, it reduces the asphyxiation risks of construction personnel and operators caused by oxygen deficiency. This equipment is used in indoor GIS substation Where exists the risk of sulfur hexafluoride leakage. The equipment is mainly composed of single chip microcomputer, display module, oxygen sensor, relay control fan and alarm device. When it is installed inside the substation building and used with the ventilation fan, it can realize the early warning and is characterized by convenient operation and low cost.
