一种无缝线路道床稳定状态参数测试方法

Stability Parameters Test for Railway Bed of Seamless Track

目前在城市轨道交通建设中,对无缝线路道床主要参数的竣工验收主要参照《铁路轨道工程施工质量验收标准》,但该标准并未介绍具体的试验方法。道床的密实度、支承刚度、纵横向阻力的状态直接影响轨道的稳定性,对无缝线路的设计、施工及后期维护也十分关键。结合国内某城轨建设工程的竣工验收试验,给出了具体的设备清单、测试方法及相关注意事项,旨在为后期轨道工程验收、施工规范及验证规范的完善提供相关参考。

At present,the completion acceptance of the main parameters of railway bed of seamless track mainly refers to Standard for Acceptance of Track Works in Railway in the construction of urban rail transit,but the detail test method is not introduced in it.State of density of track bed,supporting stiffness,longitudinal and transverse resistance directly affects the stability of track,which is also of great significance to the design,construction and maintenance of seamless track.In this paper,combing with the completion acceptance test of domestic urban rail construction project,specific equipment list,test methods and related attentions are given,which provides relevant reference for the improvement of the later rail engineering acceptance,construction and verification specifications.
