基于满意度导向的高校教学服务质量绩效评价 被引量:1

摘要 针对当前高校教学管理服务一线教师教学的积极性与成效普遍缺乏的现状,提出引进绩效评价的观点,使一线教师成为评价主体,教学管理部门或服务供给部门成为评价对象,通过评价彰显学校工作重心和提升服务积极性。在高校教学服务质量评价中引入绩效概念,可以进一步完善高校治理现代化的度量体系,推进形成教学服务供给纠错纠偏的约束机制,并有助于提升高校治理的现代化水平。作为被服务对象,教师满意应成为高校教学服务质量绩效评价的价值导向与根本追求。 In view of the current situation that the enthusiasm and effectiveness of the teaching management service of front-line teachers in colleges and universities are generally lacking,the viewpoint of introducing performance evaluation is put forward,so that front-line teachers become the subject of evaluation,and the teaching management department or service supply department becomes the object of evaluation,and the focus of school work is highlighted through evaluation and improve service enthusiasm.Introducing the concept of performance into the evaluation of teaching service quality in colleges and universities can further improve the measurement system of college governance modernization,promote the formation of a constraint mechanism for error correction in teaching service supply,and help improve the modernization level of college governance.As the service object,teacher satisfaction should become the value orientation and fundamental pursuit of the performance evaluation of teaching service quality in colleges and universities.
