柔性管理在本科生学业预警管理工作中的运用研究——以新疆农业大学机电工程学院为例

柔性管理是大学本科教学管理实践中一种全新的价值取向,文章以新疆农业大学机电工程学院本科生学业预警管理工作为例,针对学业预警工作中存在的问题,提出本科生学业预警柔性管理改革的对策,对于学校树立“以人为本”的教育教学理念,推进本科教学管理方式改革、促进学生成长成才,提高本科育人质量具有重要作用。
