思想政治理论课视角下高职院校工匠精神培育研究

工匠精神在我国社会发展与产业转型升级中发挥着重要作用,当今社会急需具备工匠精神的技术技能型人才。针对当前工匠精神培育中存在的学生自信心不足,师资素质与日常教学融合不足,校企合作模式与目标偏离等问题,文章从破除认知之困,培育工匠情怀;破除文化之困,弘扬工匠精神;破除实践之困,紧跟时代步伐三个方面着手提出有效的培育策略。

Craftsman spirit plays an important role in China's social development and industrial transformation and upgrading.Today's society urgently needs skilled talents with craftsman spirit.In view of the problems existing in the cultivation of craftsmanship spirit,such as the lack of students'self-confidence,the lack of integration of teachers'quality and daily teaching,and the deviation from the goal of school enterprise cooperation,this paper puts forward effective cultivation strategies from three aspects:breaking the cognitive difficulties,cultivating craftsman feelings;breaking the cultural difficulties,carrying forward the craftsman spirit;breaking the practical difficulties,keeping up with the pace of the times.
