The Guiding Role of Counselors in College Students’Career Planning

高校辅导员是现代化高校必需的职务之一,高校辅导员不仅要规范和管理高校学生的日常事务,还要通过与学生的深入交流,并成为很多学生的人生导师。在频繁与学生沟通的过程中,辅导员可以更好地了解学生的职业意向,在对大学生职业规划的过程中起到一定的指导作用。基于此,介绍了辅导员指导大学生职业规划的优势,辅导员在指导大学生职业规划过程中存在的问题,提出了辅导员在指导大学生进行职业规划过程中的措施,希望促进大学生就业。

College counselors are one of the necessary positions in modern colleges and universities.College counselors not only regulate and manage the daily affairs of college students,but also become life mentors for many students through in-depth exchanges with students.In the process of frequent communication with students,counselors can better understand students’career intentions and play a certain guiding role in the process of college students’career planning.Based on this,this paper introduces the advantages of counselors in guiding college students’career planning,the problems existing in the process of counselors guiding college students’career planning,and puts forward the measures that counselors take in guiding college students’career planning,hoping to promote college students’employment.
