摘要
可收放性是翻转折叠式内置登机梯结构设计的难点。本文将翻转折叠式内置登机梯的主梯结构简化为平面四连杆机构,并通过机构运动分析获得主梯各零部件长度。同时,基于CATIA/DMU运动模块作机构运动仿真分析,结果表明,该翻转折叠式内置登机梯结构满足可收放性要求。
The retractability is the difficulty in the structural design of overturned foldable built-in ladder.In this paper,the main ladder structure is simplified into a planar four-bar linkage mechanism,and the length of all parts of the main ladder is worked out via the mechanism motion analysis.At the same time,the mechanism motion simulation analysis is carried out based upon CATIA/DMU motion module.The result shows that the structure of the overturned foldable built-in ladder meets the retractability requirement.
