摘要
本文总结了原自动钻铆保型架在自动钻铆使用过程中存在的问题,对原结构进行了刚度分析。同时,重新设计了新的保型架且进行了刚度分析,对新的保型架进行了优化,在保型架两端增加了撑杆并对吊点位置进行了优化,依据优化分析的结果对工装进行了改进。
The paper summarizes the problems existing in the use of the original automatic drilling and riveting jig,and analyzes the rigidity of the original structure.At the same time,a new jig is designed and its rigidity analysis is done.The brace rod is added at both ends of the jig and the location of the lifting points is optimized.The tooling is improved according to the result of optimization analysis.
