益生菌联合三联疗法治疗小儿幽门螺杆菌相关性胃炎对疗效、TNF-α及hs-CRP水平的价值

The value of probiotics combined with triple therapy in the treatment of Helicobacter pylori associated gastritis in children

目的:研究治疗小儿幽门螺杆菌相关性胃炎采用益生菌联合三联疗法的疗效、肿瘤坏死因子(TNF-α)及超敏C-反应蛋白(hs-CRP)指标水平的价值。方法:选取100例小儿幽门螺杆菌(Hp)相关性胃炎患者为研究对象。随机分为研究组和对照组,研究组50例,对照组50例,其中对照组采用三联疗法进行治疗,研究组采用益生菌联合三联疗法进行治疗,对两组治疗后的效果、TNF-α及hs-CRP指标水平进行比较,治疗周期8周。结果:治疗后,两组均取得一定疗效,但研究组的总有效率和生活质量指标评分高于对照组,且研究组的TNF-α指标、hs-CRP指标以及临床症状积分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:治疗小儿HP相关性胃炎采用益生菌联合三联疗法,效果显著,具有良好的安全保障。

Objective To study the efficacy,TNF-α and the value of hs-CRP index level of probiotics combined with triple therapy in the treatment of Helicobacter pylori associated gastritis in children-α.Method 100 children with Helicobacter pylori related gastritis were selected as the subjects of this study.100 patients were randomly divided into study group and control group.There were 50 cases in the study group and 50 cases in the control group.The control group was treated with triple therapy,and the study group was treated with probiotics combined with triple therapy.The effects,THF-α and hs-CRP levels of the two groups after treatment were compared.The treatment period was 8 weeks.Results After treatment,both the study group and the control group achieved certain curative effects,but the total effective rate and quality of life index score of the study group were higher than those of the control group,and the TNF-α index,hs-CRP index and clinical symptom scores of the study group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Probiotics combined with triple therapy is effective and safe in the treatment of Helicobacter pylori related gastritis in children.
