客观结构化临床考试与传统考试在护士培训中的应用对比 被引量:2

摘要 目的:探讨客观结构化临床考试(OSCE)与传统考试在护士培训中的对比。方法:随机抽取尚未开展OSCE考核的护士126人为传统考核组,随机抽取实施OSCE考核的护士120人为OSCE考核组,比较两组护士对考核方式的满意度、病史采集能力、宣教能力、护患沟通能力、临床思辨能力、综合分析能力及判断能力、循证医学、团队协作能力等综合专业能力。结果:OSCE考核组护士对考核方式的满意度高于传统考核组,综合专业能力考核结果高于传统考核组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:护士实施OSCE考核方法效果确切,有利于提高护士的临场应变能力和工作效率,全面提升护士的综合专业能力。 Objective To explore the comparison between objective structured clinical examination(OSCE) method and traditional examination method in nurse training.Method According to the osce assessment method before and after the implementation,126 traditional assessment nurses who have not yet started the osce assessment method stage will be randomly selected as the traditional assessment group,and the OSCE will be randomly selected 120 people were evaluated as the OSCE evaluation method group,and the two groups of nurses were compared on the satisfaction of the evaluation method,medical history collection ability,publicity and education ability,doctor-patient communication ability,clinical thinking ability,comprehensive analysis ability and judgment ability,evidence-based medicine,teamwork Competence and other comprehensive professional ability assessment results.Results The OSCE assessment method group nurses were more satisfied with the assessment method than the traditional assessment group,and the comprehensive professional ability assessment result was higher than that of the traditional assessment group.There was a significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion The OSCE assessment method implemented by nurses has a definite effect,which is beneficial to improve nurses’ on-the-spot response ability and work efficiency,and comprehensively enhance nurses’ comprehensive professional ability.
