缩短拔尿管时间对妇科腹腔镜手术后患者舒适度及安全性的临床研究

Clinical study of shortening the time of urinary catheter removal on the comfort and safety of patients after gynecological laparoscopic surgery

目的:探讨缩短拔尿管时间对妇科腹腔镜手术后患者舒适度及安全性。方法:选取妇科接受腹腔镜妇科良性肿瘤手术的患者90例,随机分成对照组与观察组,各45例,对照组患者于术后6 h拔除尿管,观察组麻醉清醒后拔除尿管,观察两组术后舒适度、排尿情况及术后并发症。结果:观察组术后舒适度明显优于对照组,两组间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组顺利排尿率明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);相较于对照组,观察组术后首次排尿时间缩短,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组首次排尿量比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组术后尿路刺激症、尿路感染、恶心、呕吐等并发症发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:缩短拔除尿管时间可提升妇科腹腔镜手术患者术后舒适度,并能改善术后排尿功能,缩短排尿时间,是安全可行的。

Objective To explore the comfort and safety of shortening the time of urinary catheter removal for patients after gynecological laparoscopic surgery.Method Ninety patients who receive laparoscopic gynecological benign tumors undergoing surgery in the Obstetrics and Gynecology Department were selected and randomly divided into a control group and an observation group,45 cases in each group.The patients in the control group had their urinary catheters removed 6 hours after the operation,and the patients in the obsenation group were removed after awake anesthesia.The postoperative comfort,urination and postoperative complications were observed in the two groups.Results The postoperative comfort of the observation group was significantly better than that of the control group,and the difference between the groups was statistically significant(P0.05);There was no significant difference in the incidence of postoperative complications such as urinary tract irritation,urinary tract infection,nausea,vomiting in the observation group(P>0.05).Conclusion Shortening the time of catheter removal can improve gynecological laparoscopy It is safe and feasible to improve the postoperative comfort of surgical patients,improve postoperative urination function,shorten urination time,.
