认知行为护理干预对维持性血液透析患者疾病知信行及心理状态的影响

Effect of cognitive behavioral nursing intervention on disease knowledge,belief and behavior and mental state of maintenance hemodialysis patients

目的:探讨认知行为护理干预(CBT)对维持性血液透析(MHD)患者疾病知信行及心理状态的影响。方法:选取60例MHD患者,根据护理方案分组,对照组及观察组各30例。对照组实施常规护理,观察组以此为基础上行CBT,对两组干预结果进行评价。结果:干预前,两组知信行水平、焦虑自评量表(SAS)、抑郁自评量表(SDS)及自护能力评分均差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),干预后,观察组各指标水平及评分均与对照组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组护理满意率为93.33%,较对照组的73.33%高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:CBT在MHD患者中应用价值较高,可提高患者知信行水平及自护能力,还可缓解负面情绪,提高护理满意率,值得应用。

Objective To explore the effect of cognitive behavioral nursing intervention on disease knowledge,belief and behavior and mental state of maintenance hemodialysis patients.Method 60 patients with maintenance hemodialysis were divided into two groups according to the nursing plan,30 cases in the control group and 30 cases in the observation group.The control group received routine nursing,and the observation group received cognitive behavioral nursing on this basis,and the intervention results of the two groups were evaluated.Results Before intervention,there was no significant difference in the level of knowledge,belief and behavior,SAS,SDS and self-care ability between the two groups(P> 0.05).After intervention,there was significant difference in the level and score of each index between the observation group and the control group(P< 0.05);The nursing satisfaction rate in the observation group was 93.33%,which was higher than 73.33% in the control group(P< 0.05).Conclusion Cognitive behavioral nursing intervention has high application value in maintenance hemodialysis patients.It can improve patients’ knowledge,belief and behavior level and self-care ability,alleviate negative emotions and improve nursing satisfaction rate.It is worthy of application.
