摘要
推进学校家庭体育教育指导服务工作是助力教育事业高质量发展的重要举措。在梳理其内涵的基础上,分析“双减”政策为学校家庭体育教育指导服务发展所带来的机遇与挑战。结论:由于国家家庭教育政策的持续推进,重塑家庭体育教育权利的现实需要,以及适应教育高质量发展、推进家庭体育教育现代化的内在需求,学校家庭体育教育指导服务迎来新的发展契机。但与此同时,学校家庭体育教育指导服务也面临学校指导服务家庭体育教育的能力亟待提升、指导服务形式亟待完善、指导服务效果亟待提高的三重挑战。提出发展路径:培养体育教师家庭体育教育指导能力,激活体育教师指导工作活力;创新完善学校家庭体育教育指导服务形式,盘活家庭体育教育资源;加强学校家庭体育教育一致性,科学发挥“双主体”育人潜能。
Promoting the school family physical education guidance service is an important measure to promote the high-quality development of education. On the basis of sorting out its connotation, this paper analyzes the opportunities and challenges brought by the double reduction policy for the development of school family physical education guidance service. The study found that due to the continuous promotion of the national family education policy, the realistic need to reshape the right to family physical education, and the inherent need to adapt to the high-quality development of education and promote the modernization of family physical education, the school family physical education guidance service has ushered in a new opportunity for development. However, at the same time, the school family physical education guidance service also faces three challenges: the ability of school guidance service for family physical education needs to be improved, the form of guidance service needs to be improved, the effect of guidance service needs to be improved. In view of this, the development path is proposed: to cultivate physical education teachers’ family physical education guidance ability and activate their guidance work, to innovate and improve the form of school family physical education guidance service and revitalize family physical education resources, to strengthen the consistency of school family physical education and scientifically bring into play the nurturing potential of double subjects.
