摘要
针对嫦娥五号探测器系统组成复杂、研制难度大、风险因素多等特点,文章围绕安全性目标和实施思路,基于系统工程的方法,总结了嫦娥五号探测器在系统设计、单机产品研制、系统总装、集成与试验(AIT)研制、飞控与回收等方面所采取的安全性控制措施和特色做法,上述措施保证了探测器研制和在轨飞行过程中的安全性,可为后续深空探测任务的安全性设计与管理工作提供借鉴。
The Chang’e-5 probe system has the characteristics of complex somposition,difficult technology,and many risk factors.According to the method of system engineering,this paper summarizes the safety control measures and characteristic pratices in system design,products developments,system assemble,integration and test(AIT),on-orbit flight control,and recovery etc.These measures ensure the safety of the probe in the process of development and flight,and the experiences can be used as reference for other spacecraft.
