摘要
针对有轨电车在运营过程中所存在的有网区和无网区频繁切换的复杂线路条件,为保证列车在此复杂工况下可以平稳切换运行,阐述了一种适用于低地板有轨电车在有网区和无网区之间频繁切换运行的混合供电系统及运行方法。列车采用接触网供电和钛酸锂电池供电的双模式混合供电系统,在运营线路的有接触网区,供电电源来自线路牵引变电站,并通过受电弓接入为列车供电;在线路的若干无网区,采用钛酸锂电池作为车载动力电源,直接为列车供电。同时提供了列车在有网区和无网区之间频繁切换时的车辆运行控制方法及策略,由有网区段进无网区段时,控制DC/DC模块切换至升压斩波模式,对动力锂电池进行升压,进而转入无网运行模式;由无网区段进有网区段时,DC/DC模块先升压,确保受电弓可靠搭网,后停止升压转入有网运行模式。结果表明,所采用的有网区/无网区混合供电策略及相应的列车运行切换控制方式,为有轨电车在有网区和无网区间平稳可靠的切换运行提供了强有力的技术支撑。
In the process of tram operation,there are complex line conditions of frequent switching between network area and non network area.In order to ensure the smooth switching operation of the train under this complex working condition,a hybrid power supply system and operation method suitable for the frequent switching operation of low floor tram between network area and non network area was expounded.The train adopted a dual-mode hybrid power supply system powered by catenary and lithium titanate battery.In the catenary area of the operation line,the power supply came from the line traction substation and was connected to the train through the pantograph;in several non grid areas of the line,lithium titanate battery was used as the on-board power supply to directly supply power to the train.At the same time,the vehicle operation control method and strategy when the train switches frequently between the network area and the non network area were provided.When entering the non network section from the network section,controlled the DC/DC module to switch to the boost chopper mode,boosted the power lithium battery,and then turned to the non network operation mode;when entering the network section from the non network section,the DC/DC module first boosted the voltage to ensure that the pantograph was reliably connected to the network,and then stopped boosting and switched to the network operation mode.The results show that the hybrid power supply strategy of grid area/non grid area and the corresponding train operation switching control mode provide strong technical support for the smooth and reliable switching operation of trams in grid area and non grid area.
